Недавно стал клиентом этого банка. При попытке получить карту дебетовую, меня обманули 3 раза. По телефону сказали что расчётный период с того дня как открою карту, а по факту с 1го числа. По телефону сказали, что у меня все подключено, по факту половина функций небыло активирована. Надо писать заявление в банке, удаленно нельзя. В итоге меньше месяца пользовался и закрыл карту.

Мой самый любимый и честный банк. За 11 лет общения с ним не возникало ни одной проблемы. Супер удобный Интернет банк, с минимально возможными комиссиями. Супер классные тарифы кредитных карт, пользуюсь лет уже семь, кэш бэка вернули я и мои родители на очень большую сумму. Особенно хотелось бы выразить благодарность Анастасии, которая раньше работала на пр. Революции, а теперь в филиале на Плехановской. Жалко, что сейчас ставки по вкладам маленькие, раньше было в этом вопросе лучше.

Оформила кредит со снижением % ставки в этом банке. Оказалось, что за это начисляется комиссия. Но девушка уверила что она возвращается при погашение задолжеости без просрочек. Появилась возможность закрыть кредит досрочно через 2 месяца, но позвонив в банк мне сказали что эта комиссия не возвращается, так как банк изменил условия в одностороннем порялке. Вот так попала на комиссию 43000. Будьте внимательней и аккуратней
