На декабрь 2019 г.: 380 р./сутки. Койкоместо в общем номере. 7000 р./месяц. Койкоместо в общем номере. При этом, в случае преждевременного уезда, деньги не возвращают. Стирка 50 р. со своим порошком. Жил 1 месяц в общей комнате. Недостатки: 1) Нет бесплатного вифи 2) Нет лестниц на верхние кровати. 3) В комнате, где я жил имеются тараканы в огромном количестве, которые ночью мешают спать тем, что бегают по телу и волосам. Это крайне не приятно. 3) В комнате есть максимум одна табуретка и один столик на одного человека. 4) Вне комнат, в наличии имеется только один письменный столик с двумя стульями. Даже на кухне, которая своим размером никак не соответствует огромному количеству жильцов имеется всего 2 стула и 2 одноместных стола. 5) Нет бумаги в туалете. 6) Очень тонкие стены, когда жильцы в соседней комнате задевают стену рукой, или ногой, гремит довольно ощутимо и трясётся вся стена. 7) Приблизительно с 6-7 утра начинает просыпаться пролетариат, составляющий большую часть населения общежития и собирается на работу. Длится это примерно до 11 дня. Поэтому, если чутко спите, выспаться не получится. 8) На кухне нет посуды, кастрюль и прочего. 9) Не смотря на так называемый "запрет алкоголя", жители употребляют алкоголь по вечерам. 10) Украли повербанк с зарядкой из комнаты, кто-то из обитателей той комнаты где жил. Поэтому, не следует терять бдительности, даже с сокомнатниками, особенно, если кто-то из них уезжает. Администратор отказалась проверить по камерам наблюдения, кто заходил в комнату в период совершения кражи. Достоинства: 1) Сравнительно не дорогая стоимость проживания. 2) расположено не далеко от центра Москвы.
