Халатное отношение к клиентам. Заказы просто не приходят. Дозвониться не возможно. Этой компании не нужны клиенты.

Записался на шиномонтаж через сайт. Записался за 4 дня, указал свой договор сезонного хранения. Приехал в сб к 9 утра - во первых менеджер опоздал, во вторых моих шин в данном центре не оказалось. На мой вопрос почему - менеджер ответил, что я сам должен был позвонить и попросить переместить в центра на Кутузовском. Серьезно? А для чего тогда в онлайн-форме нужно указывать номер договора сезонного хранения. В итоге менеджер посоветовал мне приехать в вс на Кутузовский. А сегодня он ничем помочь не может т.к. центр Кутузовский закрыт. Если я приезжаю в сб к 9 утра, значит мне так удобно, а в вс мне неудобно. Итог - забрать свои шины я не смог. Сервис отвратительный - ни извините, ничего. Не советую обращаться в данный центр

Цены конкурентные. Шиномонтаж( тот что в подарок) плохой, балансировки ужасная, два новых диска из 4х поцарапаны.

Сервис ужасный, при замене шин итог,потеряны крышки ступиц которые стоят 500 рублей штука( это китайские), одно колесо спускает( хотя шины новые), Не советую такой сервис!!!!!

Ещё хотелось бы добавить что на литые диски они поставили Грузиям для металлических дисков, это о многом говорит о специалистах!!!!!!
