Отличные и доступные курсы! Будущим мамочкам обязательно стоит посетить, научат правильно дышать, проведут гимнастику и много всего полезного расскажут. Мне очень понравилось, отношение специалистов очень теплое и заботливое, как к родным.

Сначала не хотела идти на курсы-думала, что это некоторая блаж. Но муж настоял, еще и чтобы именно на эти курсы, потому что они сертифицированны. Я даже не ожидала, что только тонкостей существует: как дышать и вести себя в родах, как воспитывать ребеночка, что ему надо, чего нельзя делать ни в коем случае. В общем всегда полагайтесь на своих умных мужей, и большое спасибо центру "Хорошее начало" за просвещение, заботу и поддержку!!
