Неадекватные очереди. Хамоватый персонал на рецепшене. Платишь как частную клинику, а получаешь типичную городскую больницу с соответствующим отношением персонала.

Отвратительное место! Пришла на ПЛАТНЫЙ приём к терапевту, администратор перед носом закрыла дверь даже не дослушав, что я на платный приём. Простояла на улице час, потому как в период пандемии они избегают толкучки в холле поликлиники и поэтому формируют ее перед дверями. На то чтобы дозвониться и уточнить ситуацию у другого администратора потребовалось почти полчаса, а самое смешное что они обе находились друг от друга в 2-х метрах и эту информацию передавали друг другу ещё 10 минут🤦🏼‍♀️ Оплата за услугу почему то производится ещё до приёма, хотя в любой другой клинике делается после. Терапевт - вообще отдельная история. Женщина заточенная клепать справки о годности для медосмотров и только. Сидела и спрашивала меня что написать мне. Проще говоря так тупо 1000 рублей я ещё не тратила.

Ольга Андреевна! Все пациенты нашей поликлиники приходят на ПЛАТНЫЙ приём и Вы, как и любой другой пациент, не можете пройти миную очередь из пациентов, если не записались на определённое время заранее. Ваше требования к терапевту "оформить какую-нибудь справку, что я живая и мне врач, находящийся в другом городе, может выписать рецепт на лекарство, которое раньше мне выписывал" действительной вызвала трудности для терапевта. Надеемся, что врачи в другом медцентре Калининграда , прочитав этот отзыв, будут готовы выписать Вам такой документ без лишних вопросов к Вам.
