22,04,2017 Сдал свою СРВ поправить сход развал и обслужить климат перед летом. Сдал в 11.00 целой и невредимой,а в 13.00 получил из ремонта с помятым задним бампером. Причем вмятину обнаружил прям рядом с салоном. На вопрос к мастеру,что это за хрень? Мастер дал ответ,что это так и было и у них этого произойти не могло и все такое. У нас говорит везде камеры. Камеры посмотреть пригласили минут только через 15. Пока сами перед этим с ними повозились. При просмотре выяснилось,что камеры снимают машину только спереди и частично сбоку,а сзади ничего невидно. Мастер посоветовал накатать претензию , на которую мне должны ответь в течении 45 дней. Только хрена от этой претензии.Сломал сделай и извинись. Ответ пока не получал ,но подразумеваю,что они опять как мастер с едут на то что это я сам и валю все с больной головы на здоровую. Уоды. Обидно, что в фирменных сервисах такое происходит. Это же не какая нибудь шарашкина контора.

22.04.2017 Приехал сделать сход развал,обслужить климат перед летом на своей СРВ (все время обслуживался у них). Сдал машину целую в 11.00, а в13.00 забрал с помятым задним бампером. На вопрос к менеджеру,что это за хрень получил ответ,что это так и было. Менеджер говорит у нас везде камеры и все такое. К просмотру позвали только через 15 минут. Все эти 15 мин. сами возились с этим видеонаблюдением. При просмотре выяснилось, что все камеры снимают машину только спереди, а сзади ни хрена невидно. Мастер посоветовал написать претензию по которой салон обязуется ответить в течении 45 дней. Но что до этой претензии,но бампер сам собой не исправиться. Уоды одним словом.
