Сотрудники контактного центра банка хамы, недослушав вопрос и без разрешения переводят многократно звонки друг на друга, а потом вообще на автоответчик, задать сегодня вопрос и получить на него ответ в банке не возможно. Сотрудники не могут даже выслушать вопрос.

Очередей нет. Завлекают кредитами а сами предлагают другие суммы...

В последние время ужасно длинные очереди и жесткая не хватка сотрудников, не возможно воспользоваться услугами банка из за проблеммы попасть к сотруднику банка.

Качество обслуживания в последние время ухудшилось, участились случпи не исполнения банком свлих обязательств по проведени операций по дебетовым картам, приходится платить наличными и переплачивать по их вине !!! Например в автобусах берут наличными больше денег чем при платее по дебетовой карте!!!
