Ужасная фирма, заказывал оттуда гальваническую плиту со вилкой, заказ был сделан на месяц вперед, но в тот день, когда должны были привезти плиту, мне позвонил менеджер и сказал, что у них нет вилки для поставки! Как я могу это назвать? Итак, я ждал свой заказ целый день, за вилку (которую в итоге так и не принесли) так и не вернули деньги. Это называется мошенничеством. Никогда не заказывайте здесь!! Ужасное обслуживание, ужасные работники!! Очень сожалею, что сделала заказ через эту фирму. Horrible firm, I ordered an electroplate from there with plug, the order was made a month ahead, but on the day when they were supposed to bring the plate a manager called me and said that they don't have the plug to supply! How can I call this? So, I was waiting for my order for entire day, they still didn't pay back for the plug (which they didn't bring in the end). This is called fraud. Never order from here!! Terrible service, terrible workers!! I really regret about making my order via this firm
