Заказал и оплатил товар через интернет, для того что бы забрать свою покупку требуют помыть машину!!! Иначе к магазину просто не подъедешь! Не пропускают на территорию!!!

Добрый день. заказывала технику не глядя, через интернет. в связи с некоторыми обстоятельствами без проблем перенесли доставку на 2 недели, хотя товар не был предоплаченный. спасибо, что с пониманием. из 4х крупных единиц техники все пришло без претензий. только у стиральной машины отсутствовала инструкция и некоторые заглушки из комплекта. обнаружила через неделю. по телефону сказали заполнить претензию и выслали шаблон. буквально через день перезвонили из магазина и предложили все это докомплектовать и привезти. я заехала сама в магазин и мне все отдали. спасибо вам за сервис и ответственность. всякое бывает и не выяснить куда делась документация, но магазин не уперся рогом и возместил потерю. первая крупная покупка и положительные впечатления. становитесь еще лучше!
