Купила там сетевой адаптер для айфона, в марте 2024 года, в декабре погнулась вилка. Т.е. прибор на гарантии. Погнуть специально не представляется возможным, т.к. физически мне это не сделать, а главное для чего себе мне же вредить. Выгнулась она я полагаю от перегрева. Я обратилась удаленно в сервис, мне написали надо приехать в сервис, я приехала 50 км, ехать туда, в итоге была послана, со словами, это не гарантийный случай, т. к. я сама ее погнула. Меня туда пригнали зачем то, приехать, и полчаса прождала, чтобы меня послали. Просто дичь. 2700 р в помойку выкинуто. Обходите данную организацию стороной.

Заказала холодильник и чайник. Первый раз встречаю таких доброжелательных грузчиков, которые так аккуратно и профессионально делают свою работу. В целом магазин хороший, доставили все вовремя, на все вопросы ответили, но всё же грузчики очень удивили своей отлаженной работой. Одного грузчика зовут Артур, второго не знаю. Номер заказа 9907469885668/гд50 от 07.01.24. В общем побольше бы таких работников да во все сферы

Когда по картинкам выбираешь бытовую технику это одно.А вот когда приходишь в такие огромные магазины,заваленные стиралками и холодильниками,где конца не видно,вот это зайдешь и не выйдешь.Точно выберешь.Консультанты наученные.

Холодильник ру быстро реагируют на заказы. Но это страшно наверно только для тех, кто впервые делает заказ и переживает за качество товара. Меня все более чем устроило и в следующий раз уже точно переживать не буду. В этот раз брала стиральную машину. Следующей моей покупкой будет кондей

Только что получила свой заказ из Холодильник ру. Заказывала ноутбук ASUS. Все пришло в комплекте, вскрыла коробку и проверила при курьере.

Взяла мультиварку Redmond на сайте holodilnik.ru за какую-то смешную цену. Реально вышло дешевле чем в других магазинах, а производитель-качество-гарантии все те же самые
