Единственный плюс - быстрая доставка,т.к. был уже на складе. Выбрали диван-кровать Верона на сайте, когда приехали в магазин - на витрине его в наличии не было, визуально посмотреть не вышло. При доставке и сборке дивана чувствовался химический запах, про который на горячей линии сказали, что должен пройти в течении двух недель. Но чудо не произошло. Письменную претензию в магазине приняли только после многочисленных звонков старшим смены на собственную горячую линию колл-центра,с вопросом что делать?! Также для определения степени запаха спустя 3 недели приехал специалист от магазина, сказав что запах остаточный (по методу своего обоняния) и скоро пройдет, при этом акт осмотра на месте не составил. Магазин отказал произвести обмен на качественный товар или вернуть дс за него. На текущий день запах также присутствует! Мною будет составлено заявление в суд. Не рекомендую данную организацию. Будьте внимательнее при выборе товара.
