Отвратительные сотрудники охраны. Я, конечно, понимаю, что это больше территория РЦ Пятерочки, но склад Hoff так же находится именно здесь. Мы с мужем забрали свой заказ, который долго прождали в силу того, что у сотрудников не работала программа, но больше задело не это, а то, что при выезде с территории подошел сотрудник охраны, чтобы произвести досмотр машины. Я больше, чем уверена, что у него даже лицензии охранника нет - это раз. Во-вторых, на каком вообще основании он имеет права производить досмотр? Вы со статьей 27.9 КоАП РФ "Досмотр транспортного средства" вообще знакомы?! У нас что, правонарушение какое-то было? Мы заказ приехали забрать и все. Сомневаюсь, что ваши сотрудники отдали бы нам что-то лишнее или так много прецедентов? В итоге, когда мой муж спросил сотрудника охраны "На каком основании я должен багажник открывать?" Тот ответил "Потому что я так сказал". В конечном итоге этот охранник сказал "Проваливай на*уй отсюда" и ушел. Сотрудники горячей линии Hoff сказали, что подобную жалобу принять не могут, так как охранное предприятие работает на Пятерочку. Вы вообще понимаете, что это на ваш имидж так же влияет? Мы так любим ваш магазин, но после такого отношения осадок остается очень неприятный.

Я думал hoff технологичная компания и думает о клиенте, даже о том как ему забирать свой товар со склада. Доступ к складу через шлагбаум пятёрочки с выпиской пропуска ФИО и полным осмотром авто это както унизительно для того чтобы просто забрать стол. Постарайтесь уж найдите помещение с более доступным проездом.
