14.05.2020 был сделан заказ на комод, арт. 80293054. На сайте была информация о наличии на складе в Волгограде, по ул. Краснополянская, 4 шт. данного товара, и возможности самовывоза. Заказ был оплачен. На следующий день пришло письмо на электронную почту, цитата: заказ Хофф 902A111893 Добрый день! Получили ваш заказ на сайте Хофф. Не указан адрес доставки. Товар не в наличии. Срок ожидания 2 недели. Перемещение с Московского склада. Ждем адрес. Доставка платная. После общения с оператором выяснилось, что данный склад вообще не работает, самовывоз невозможен, а информация на сайте не актуальна. Возврат денежных средств в течении 10 дней. Вывод: на сайте сознательно указана ложная информация по наличию и доставке, с расчетом на то, что клиенты после оформления заказа согласятся на новые условия, не будут оформлять возврат, будут ждать и оплачивать доставку. Если вы не готовы ждать, и нести дополнительные траты, не связывайтесь с данным магазином.

Адский сервис. При оформлении покупки продавец обманул со сроками доставки. Больше месяца со дня покупки товар не могли забрать из магазина, пришлось самим ехать в Дзержинский район на центральный склад и забирать оттуда.

Продавец перепутал бирки. Купили похожий товар, но менее удобный. Проверить по факту не смогли, т. к. все было в коробках. дома при сборе показалось что товар немного не подходит. спустя 3 недели опять пошли в магазин и уже поняли какая большая разница между тем что хотели и тем что получили. коробки конечно же выкинули, ибо громоздкие. в сервисе помогать не захотели. начислили жалкие 500 бонусов. хотя сумма покупки была очень даже хорошая.
