Стены в домах тонкие просто жуть. я слышу во что играют соседки с детьми, даже иногда понимаю кто выигрывает, а кто проигрывает. Лифты настроены крайне тупо - в любой момент приходишь а они вверху. Хотя ничего не мешает настроить так, чтобы в вечернее время автоматом спускались вниз (или на замок домофона замкнуть, если человек заходит, чтобы лифт начинал движение). Видел такое в другом ЖК, управляющая компания заморочилась и сделала для людей, сэкономив суммарно кучу времени людям. Но местной УК вообще на многое плевать, против нее тут даже листовки развешаны дескать не выполнено работ на 50+ миллионов
