В пристройке к Хинкальной открыли Шашлычную, сделали красивые флаера. Как обычно у кавказских шалманов всё очень противоречиво. Если даже удалось сделать всё красиво и приятно на вид, то где-то будет ведро не дёгтя, а бочка натурального .овна. Всякие армянские хитрости начинаются ещё на предварительном этапе (в флаерах указаны цены, но не указан вес или порция). Если вам ВДРУГ захочется соуса к шашлыку (вот вы извращенцы) , то Вам дадут пиалку размером с ноготок и возьмут за это 60 рублей. При этом это не томатный соус с зеленью и чесноком, а какая-то адская аджика, которую не все едят. Когда ты заплатил 1500 за шашлык, а тебя ещё пытаются нахлобучить на всякие мелочи типа соуса, салата и т.п., то это как-то вызывает ощущение дискомфорта. Эти люди не понимают, что у них только один шанс сделать всё нормально. Второго шанса не бывает, потому что второй раз после такого первого люди не придут. И пивные краны надо чистить!!! А то какое бы пиво не было, но в него летит всякая неприятная грязь из нечищенных пивных кранов. А в пластиковом стакане с пивом это выглядит как атака кишечных палочек. Дизайн интерьера - 10 баллов (есть диваны, места на барных стульях, даже стоячие места) Туалет - 10 баллов (даже есть туалетная бумага и бумажные полотенца) Шашлык - 7 баллов Организация - 5 баллов Сервис - 3 балла Мозги хозяина - 2 балла Вывод простой. Ходить сюда не будем. Да здравствует кафе СССР на Лосиноостровской. Там хоть и дизайнер заблудился и не дошёл, но зато всё связанное с шашлыком на твёрдую 10ку по всем показателям - люди, шашлык, сервировка.
