В основном магазин оставил положительные впечатления. В наличии оказались нужные химреактивы. Удобное расположение, работают по выходным и даже в праздники. Но есть и некоторые минусы не принимают карты, прежде чем ехать необходимо снять деньги, о наличии товара тоже необходимо уточнять за ранее. P.S: И паспорт на всякий случай с собой надо брать, так как на некоторые позиции могут потребовать.

Вечером после работы поехал в этот магазин за заказом. Отношение к покупателю прочувствовал начиная с телефонного разговора: когда подошёл к зданию и не увидел вывески магазина, то позвонил и спросил как их найти, на что услышал в ответ: «а вы карту на сайте смотрели? Вывеска сбоку». Ладно. Войдя в магазин и назвав товар из заказа, достал карту для оплаты. И тут я начал узнавать от квалифицированного персонала, что обязан был перечитать сайт перед выходом и узнать, что в магазине можно платить только наличными. На что я возразил, что если есть ограничения и вы заботитесь о покупателе, то их можно повторить и при подтверждении заказа, как минимум. Я попросил двоих сотрудников пойти на встречу и перевести любому из них на их собственную карту деньгу, чтоб они мне в частном порядке дали требуемые 400 р. Мне в начале ответили, что это невозможно- у них нет счетов для перевода! На моё удивление они добавили, что это делать (в частном порядке!!) запрещает руководство!! В итоге: Товар я не увидел. Потратил время на дорогу зря. Ближайший банкомат не близко. Компании наплевать на покупателя и ее персонал не заинтересован в продаже. Соответственно, вряд ли они обеспокоены в очень качественном товаре(предположение). Я к ним больше никогда не обращусь и вам не советую.
