Некачественное предоставление услуг, неуважительное отношение к клиентам! Достоинства: расположение Недостатки: Некачественное предоставление услуг Уважаемые клиенты химчистки Уномоменто в Перми! Будьте внимательны при сдаче своих вещей на химчистку и стирку! При сдаче обязательно посмотрите и зафиксируйте состояние вещи! Я сдал вещь в хорошем состоянии, после стирки мне принесли на выдачу куртку с дефектами, на одном из рукавов! Которые были причинены механическим путем! Я отказался от приема работ, на что мне стали объяснять, что я якобы сдавал куртку уже с дефектами и износом 50%!!!! Поэтому внимательно смотрите, что пишет и заполняет Приемщик в квитанции!!! Так же хочу огласить, что приемщики не имеют специального образования, чтобы определить степень износа, загрязнения и т. д. и поэтому всегда в квитанции ставят данные о вещи так, чтобы потом, если произойдет повреждение вещи сослаться на квитанцию и износ Вашей вещи!!! Для меня в данной ситуации было бы достаточно извинений и взятия на химчистку расходов по стирке, т. к. ситуация не стоит нервов и потраченного времени, но даже этого не произошло! Будьте бдительны! Данная организация является, почти монополистом в Перми и поэтому относится к клиентам неуважительно! Бравируют Итальянским качеством предоставления услуг, но на самом деле это всего лишь образ! До Итальянцев им еще очень далеко!
