27.08.19 были сданы вещи в срочную чистку: 28.08.19 они были готовы, но работник приемного пункта не сообщила об этом клиентам. После звонка 30-го августа выяснилось, что просто забыла позвонить. Начало и окончание рабочего дня в основном зависит от желания работника, а не от расписания работы пункта: позже приходит и раньше уходит.Пиджак песочного цвета не только плохо почищен: на рукавах появились дополнительные мелкие темные крапинки. До этого случая качество чистки было хорошим. Очень бесп окоит равнодушная позиция руководства: в пятницу в 16.00, когда сообщили о происшествии, руководство уже не работало. А сегодня, в понедельник, отказались обсуждать проблему ввиду занятости. Неожиданная демонстрация отсутствия клиентоориентрованности такой серьезной компании, крайне неожиданно. – показать
