23 марта 2025 года. Очень некрасивая история. Неделю назад я пришла в демисезонном пальто на синтепоне в химчистку и спросила, сколько будет стоить почистить это пальто. Сотрудница мне сказала, что это будет стоить 1200 рублей, предварительно посмотрев бирки внутри пальто для точности. поскольку это пальто можно постирать, я специально пришла в нём, чтобы понять, подходит мне цена или нет, и я могу выстирать его сама. Сегодня я пришла сдавать пальто в химчистку, и уже другая сотрудница сообщила мне, что это теперь зимнее пальто и стоить будет 1600 рублей. Подошла та, сотрудница, с которой я разговаривала неделю назад и тоже, не моргнув глазом сказала, что теперь это зимнее пальто, и стоит 1600, а неделю назад стоило 1500. Вот как можно врать, глядя мне в глаза? Я настаиваю, что это демисезонное пальто, которое мне обещали почистить за 1200 всего одну неделю назад. Совести нет, одна жадность.

Сдала в чистку ковровую дорожку. Доставка ужасная. Позвонили с утра сообщили, что привезут с 17:00 до 19:00. Звонят вечером в 18:30 и говорят сто дорожку не доставят так ка позабыли положить в машину. Звоню трубку не берут, все номера моих телеыонов поставили в черный список. Буду подовать в суд на возмещение материального вреда. Люди не пользуйтесь их услугами , себе дороже обойдется.

В химчистке испортили пальто с песцовым воротником. Полностью сожгли химическими веществами мех. Квитанции отказываются выдавать. Забирают в момент выдачи вещей после химчистки. Не рекомендую. Будьте осторожны

Воспользовалась услугами организации, пользуясь близостью к месту работу Отдала в х/ч пуховик — почистить не смогли/деньги не вернули ибо «работа» была проделана два раза…СТЫДНО!!!! Не советую обращаться даже с самой несложной работой — потратите время, деньги и нервы Подобный непрофессионализм должен быть наказан рублем!!!
