Стабильно по весне, после того, как переодеваемся в более лёгкие вещи, отношу всем скопом зимние куртки, свой полушубок, детские пуховики. До этого ходила в Диану. Не устраивало качество сервиса. В отличие от in clik, постоянно кормили завтраками и переносили дни, когда можно забрать вещи. С вещами обращаются хорошо, после химчистки проверила все вещи, чистые, аккуратные, без зацепок, пятен и т.п.

Обратилась сюда с проблемой. У меня тонкий замшевый плащ, под дождем очень сильно намокает и потом разводы на нем остаются, не эстетично выглядит. Рекомендовали почистить и покрыть водоотталкивающей пропиткой. Ждала неделю, когда сделают. Эффект поразил, дважды попала под дождь, а капли скатываются, вообще не промокает. Не дешево, но зато выглядит теперь всегда хорошо. У кого такая же проблема - советую.

👎🏻Испортили дорогую итальянскую вещь и великодушно предложили 30% скидку на порчу следующих вещей!) Категорически не рекомендую, если Вам дороги Ваши вещи!!! Ответственности ноль!!! Единственным оправданием было - «мы делали все в соответствии с технологией»!!!
