Я в гневе, сдала 2 июля 2019 года дорогой, хлопковый, синий пиджак мужа. Через три дня был готов, но забрал муж и естественно не проверил, я увидила этот ужас через неделю, он весь в фиолетовых подтеках, хуже рабочей спецовки. Его наверное гладили горячим утюгом. Вещь только на выброс!!!

Ирина, здравствуйте! Благодарим Вас за оставленный отзыв! К сожалению, Ваше изделие изначально было оценено как 75% износа, в квитанции были указаны замечания по поводу изделия, а именно - вытравки (выгар ткани). Так же в квитанции указано, что выгар относится к неустранимым дефектам, т.е. ни один способ чистки не сможет устранить данную проблему. О чем Вас предупредили при приемке. При Вашем визите на фабрику мы предоставили копию квитанции, в которой зафиксированы недочеты по изделию. При получении Ваш муж расписался в графе «Претензий не имею». После того, как вещь проверена и принята Клиентом, химчистка ответственности за неё не несёт. Нам искренне жаль, что с Вами произошла такая ситуация! От лица компании приносим свои извинения за доставленные неудобства!

Химчистка Милано. Сдавала пуховики, рубашки и шторы. Чистят вещи качественно и быстро. Ценник доступный. Сейчас как раз есть акции и скидки.
