Испортили дорогую куртку, знали что испортят(вставки из экокожи нельзя стирать, знает любой специалист, как выяснилось потом) и все равно взяли и постирали. СУХОЙ ЧИСТКИ У НИХ НЕТ! Подписали у меня бумажку, что претензий не имею если что. Вернули лохмотья. Написала претензию, свалили на скрытые дефекты. Буду обращаться в защиту прав потребителей и в суд.

Хамство сотрудников поразило с первой секунды. Стояли в очереди, пока другой посетитель забирал свои вещи. Затем женщина стала заниматься своими делами, через несколько минут подходит: - Сдать надо? Что молчите? - Ждали, пока вы освободитесь. Да, хотим сдать на чистку пиджак. - И что? Сдавай давай, что держишь, отпустить жалко?? Я не понимаю мотивацию этих людей, как будто приходишь и уже им что-то должен. Жаль, что сразу не ушли, надеюсь с вещами все будет нормально.

Испортили пуховик! На мое возмущение ответила приемщица по хамски и сказала пишите претензию! Позвонила я в офис, там они сказали так бывает, сендипон ! В химчистке так бы не свалялся, просто у них обычная прачечная и они все стирают в общей большой машинке! Испортили вещь и нахамили, прачечная а не химчистка?Не рекомендую, Лиза октябрь 2024 г.,пр.Пролетарский 30
