Впервые обращалась в Бьянку. Отдавала на химчистку свитера. Серьезных пятен не было. Качество работы устроило. Буду обращаться ещё.

Муж пролил на кровать чай. В итоге пострадал матрас. Решила не пытаться выводить самостоятельно, мало ли разводы желтые остануться или еще что. Доверила это дело Бьянке. И не зря, вывели все хорошо.

Сервис хромает! Отдала дубленку, написали что изношенность 50%, с чем я не согласна, сказали перезвонят прошел день, позвонила сама , по телефону разговаривать невозможно, связь прерывается, время идет и не понятно когда примут решение , и мне очень странно другие химчитки чистили и все удачно ,а здесь то берут то не берут. Разочарованна!!!!!!

Мне нравится эта химчистка, всегда аккуратно почищенные вещи! Сумку освежили) не самая дешевая, но стоит затрат!

Крайне недовольна химчисткой. Во первых, в обещанный срок не уложились. Во вторых, просила доставить в определенное время. Но как на зло, именно в этот день Водитель застрял в пробке, да опоздал возможно на 10 минут, хотя я звонила несколько раз и просила не опаздывать! Был строго ограниченный промежуток времени. Яна, кажется так представился оператор, доказывала мне, что в этом нет ничего криминального. Общение на повышенных тонах с клиентом и доказывание мне, что самолёт дождётся. Ещё я не вид ела вещей после. Но очень не приятное первое впечатление. Спасибо за испорченный день и настроение. – показать
