Отказываются доставлять заказы из пункта приема, сданные до введения всеобщего карантина. Не могут организовать операционную деятельность и доставку в форс-мажорных обстоятельствах. Говорят, что единственный способ забрать вещи - приехать самой! Т е предлагают нарушить карантин, нарваться на штраф и отбор авто. Либо, говорят, ждите окончания карантина. Т е вещи должны валятся у них месяц! а если продлят карантин? Отвратительно отношение к постоянным клиентам. Обслуживалась у них с 13 года. Сильно пересмотрю свою лояльность, раз в мою сторону она отсутствует у компании.

Вы по-прежнему пишите сообщения, которые противоречат всем фактам. В Москве не введен карантин, если вы не заражены, вы можете смело перемещаться, доехать до ОТКРЫТОГО приемного пункта и забрать свои вещи.
