Позвонили, пригласили на химчистку со скидкой по штрихкоду присланному на еmail. Приехала, скидка не проходит. IT консультанты не могут ничего внятного объяснить и решить проблему. Консультант на кассе разводит руками повторяя вновь и вновь: скидка не проходит.

Решила написать отзыв, только для того, чтобы другие не повторили моей ошибки. В фев 2020 (заказ [29] 32397 (1)) почистила пуховик Canada goose - оригинальный, привезенный из Канады. Вернули мне с белыми разводами, в месте швов, на рукаве, обнаружились дырки, белого цвета (при темно-синем пуховике) которых ранее не было. На вопрос, чем чистили, отказались отвечать. Ранее куртку чистила и в Европейском, и в Вегас кунцево, все было хорошо.

На удивление хорошая чистка. Мне шеф всю плешь проел на счет химчистки во Временах года. Мол, круче некуда, хот, сам не раз возвращал вещи в перечистку. А тут смотрю, хоть и маленькая, но рядом. И цены ничего. Ну и сдал свое барахло. Назад получил в лучшем виде. Шеф тоже пробовал. В переделку не вернул ни разу. Чешет репу 🤣🤣🤣

14\02\19 в срочном порядке принесла шапку Yves Salomon и перчатки Louis Vuitton с пятнами ТОЛЬКО ЧТО ПРОЛИТОГО на них кофе. Чек номер: 29-09570Я попросила СРОЧНУЮ чистку, но меня словесно заверили, что «сегодня же вещи увезут и сегодня же их почистят».Меня насторожило лишь то, что забрать готовые вещи меня попросили аж 18\02.Сегодня, 18\02, я пришла забирать свои шапку с перчатками… Я в шоке% пятна остались, кашемировая шапка и кашемировые перчатки сели в размере!!! Мне предложили написат ь претензию и оставить вещи у них для разбирательств. Я спрашиваю» А ЧТО вы можете мне ЕЩЕ предложить??? Перехимчистить??? Чтобы окончательно «убить» их??? Короче… вещи забрала,… может быть есть шанс спасти хотя бы перчатки?…((((Шапка — на выброс…(((( – показать

Ужасный сервис. Хуже не встречала. Отдала почистить сумку D&G, от «загара». Вернули с огромным черным пятном посредине и комментарием, что чистке не поддается. Сумка испорчена. Написала претензию, ответили, что так и было. перед сдачей все отфотографировала. Иду в суд.
