Известная многим своим именем, а самое главное качеством,уровнем обслуживания химчистка и сроками выполнения заказов, то что принимают самые капризные вещи и возвращают им первозданный вид и состояние-безусловно радует и после посещения остаются только самые приятные впечатления!)Обязательно будем и дальше пользоваться услугами этой химчистки!)

Я сдавала мужскую,дорогую куртку Zegna на химчистку в Одинцово (Можайское шоссе 159), мне вернули ее в абсолютно испорченном состоянии, сейчас она не пригодна для носки (Раздублированна вся ткань на верхнем слое пуховика). Ее постирали, вместо сухой химчистки. Я обнаружила это когда распаковала уже дома. Исходя из того что это большая компания, с положительной репутацией и в надежде что есть еще порядочные люди я вернула ее с заявлением что бы исправили что наделали или выплатили ком пенсацию, сегодня получила ответ что сама виновата. Цитирую — » Вы были письменно предупреждены о возможном проявлении скрытых дефектов и порче фурнитуры ». Но куртка вся испорчена, не скрыто а явно вся ткань на 95% и порван подклад. Собственно не было предложено никаких условий для закрытия конфликта. Даже цену в 1040 рублей что я оплатила за химчистку не вернули. Не рекомендую связываться с этой конторой, даже собачье место не доверю им. Ольга – показать
