Была несколько раз. Хамят, грубят, обслуживают, делая одолжение. Перестала. И никому не советую. Сервис уровня 50 лет назад, когда один дом быта на весь район. Куда смотрит хозяин бизнеса и тп менеджмент не понятно. Попробовали тайный клиент опцию, оценили бы объективно. Да, и график работы тоже прекрасный. Всё те люди, кому по карману ваши услуги, работают в офисах с утра и до вечера. Такое услуги до 21-22 должны быть.

Сдала в чистку ковры с бахромой. Почистили плохо. Разводы желтые на бахроме. Один ковер деформировался, несмотря на состав полусинтетика. Больше не буду обращаться в эту химчистку, хотя и рядом с домом.

Сдала дорогую куртку на синтепоновом подкладе, на бирке есть все указания. В итоге куртка стала тоньше, думаю были применены высокие температуры при чистке, пуговицы отрезали без согласования и вернули в пункт выдачи без пуговиц, вернули на следующий день. Уже дома обнаружила распоротый внутри по шву подклад в рукаве. Причём зашиты наполовину. Я в шоке. Это было моё последнее обращение в данную контору

Сдал в эту химчистку свою куртку в первый раз, при этом очень боялся повторить свой предыдущий опыт, когда в другой химчистке подобную куртку мне просто изуродовали. Заказ № 01614-2 от 04.09.24 выполнили в два раза быстрее назначенного срока, и когда при получении я осмотрел свою куртку, то был просто изумлён: она выглядела лучше, ем когда я её покупал в магазине. Рекомендую эту химчистку всем.
