Замечательный отель Нравится останавливаться в отелях этой сети, т.к. заранее уже будешь уверен, что отдых и сервис будут на высшем уровне. В очередной приезд в Москву вопроса где останавливаться вновь не возникло. Предоставленный номер был чистый, светлый, комфортный. Персонал доброжелательный. Можно сказать в шаговой доступности Сад им. Баумана, где прогуливаясь зашел в приятное и с вкусной едой кафе “Хвоя”.

Самое ужасное место Были с молодым человеком в данном отеле - это была ошибка. Ужасное обслуживание. Еду в номер ждали от 1,5 часов (обычное кофе утром 40 мин), при входе в номер официант даже не спрашивал можно ли зайти, а просто бесцеремонно проходил в номер. В лобби нельзя курить кальян, хотя многие отели предоставляют курение кальяна в ресторане, либо на территории на улице. Номер не убирался. Хотя отель позиционирует себя как один из лучших в Москве, но это не так. Больше не приедем сюда.
