В целом гостиница понравилась, но минусы оказались в мелочах: 1. Местоположение: находится рядом с Третьим транспортным кольцом отсюда и шум, до метро минут 10 ходьбы, но через дворы не срезать (только через церковь), и в мой приезд кругом был лёд на тротуарах. 2. РумСервис: дважды обращались по телефону (1 - разбили стакан, 2 - нужны были вилки), ни разу к нам никто не пришёл. В первом случае через 2 часа поймали уборщицу в коридоре и лично попросили пропылесосить. 3. Очень поверхностная уборка: при заезде под кроватью валялась женская резинка для волос, у фена забитая пылью решетка для втягивания воздуха. 4. Обращался при выезде на ресепшен, чтобы подсказали Confirmation number для занесения бронирования в приложение отеля, но девушка развела руками и знать такого не знает. Завтраки в целом норм, но рекомендую брать заранее, т.к. на месте 1400р на человека - уже можно заказать из кафе с доставкой.

Не понравилось. При заезде никто даже не поздоровался. Персонал как будто с улицы набрали. Не воспитанные и глупые. В ресторане кроме Игоря никто ни в чём не разбирается. На завтраке встретил парень с заболеванием даунизм. Никого не хочу обидеть, но как-то странно. Вкусные завтраки очень.
