1. Быстрое обслуживание 2. Иногда, в случае небольшой задержки, персонал подносит поднос к столику сам. Вообщем не плохая забегаловка, но уже закрылась. Теперь на её месте сомнительный Бургер Клаб.

Всё нижесказанное - моё личное мнение. Понравилось: 1) Действительно быстрое обслуживание (за 30 секунд подали 4 наименования еды, которые заказал, и приняли деньги). 2) Это действительно альтернатива макдаку (колла и картошка фри обыкновенные, но дабл-чизбургер и хезбургер хоть и похожи на своих макдачных "братьев", всё же отличаются по вкусу: в дабл-чизе нежный по-моему сырный соус, вместо кетчупа, а в хезбургере дольки чего-то вкусно-острого). 3) Полупустой зал в 10.30 утра воскресенья, очереди нет вообще (максимум 1 человек), полно свободных сидячих мест. 4) Приятная, общительная, готовая помочь девушка, принявшая заказ за кассой, вовремя спросившая чем помочь и т.п. Непонравилось: 1) Увидел рекламу бургера на стенде в центре площади, написано что-то типа вперёд 100м...я плутал минут 20, ибо находится как-бы под углом к площади и нет заметной вывески (помните высокую земетную вывеску из арок у макдака?) 2) У касс много разных цветастых вывесок, но как-то неинформативно, подошёл к кассе и глаза разбежались, какие-то плакаты, телевизоры, а главная вывеска с перечнем блюд и ценами ещё надо разглядеть... 3) Спросил можно ли сделать Хезбургер, но без листьев салата (ну не люблю просто зелень, я готов был оплатить полную сумму) ответили что в Хезбургере он обязателен. 4) Общая и для Hesburger и для макдака печалька: вываливающиеся из бургеров листья салата и сыр, прилипающий к упаковке. Думаю 10% от оплаченной мною суммы за бургер осталась в обёртке. 5) Смотрел сейчас состав бургеров на официальном сайте, несовпадают ни по внешнему виду, ни по вкусу (хотя вкусами доволен, было бы хорошо чередавать с макдаком)
