В ответ на предыдущий отзыв напишу так,когда человек принимает решение стройнеть на коктейлях,он всё-таки предерживается определенного питания,а когда прекращает пить коктейли, начинает питаться как попало, и вес от этого ростки,а не от того,что прекратила пить коктейли !!! Мы все такие, трудно предерживается питания правильного,заниматься спортом,потому что это не легко! Мы ищем причины и поводы не трудиться,а сваливает все на кого то,или что то . .. нет такой таблетки или коктейля,что ничего делать не надо, будешь просто стройнеть,но так не бывает!!! Это труд!!! И не всегда лёгкий! Поэтому надо трудиться!!!!
