У отца сильно руки стали болеть. Мать отправила его в больницу, там назначили анализ крови на ревматоидный фактор. Свозил его сюда, очереди не было, отца позвали в кабинет минуты через 2, сразу все сделали. Администратор сказала, что в ноябре у них акция на этот анализ, поэтому сделала скидку аж 20%. Посещением довольны!

Хожу к вам несколько лет подряд, есть такая администратор по имени Алёна которая совершенно не соображает в своей работе, наглая, грубая и абсолютно не клиентоориентированная !!! По ней видно, что приехала из деревни где всегда был только один фельдшер, а что такое телефон она узнала только приехав в город. Пожалуйста, проведите с этой женщиной беседу.

Можно оперативно сдать анализы по адекватной цене, очереди бывают редко, так как работает 2 администратора. Нравится подход к детям - очень аккуратно и внимательно.
