Здравствуйте! Решил сдать ПЦР тест на штамм Омикрон. По рекомендации обратился в данную лабораторию, как одну из немногих, которые на тот момент делали тест именно на Омикрон. Зарегистрировался на сайте, получил набор для взятия биоматериала (самозабор), сделал как все указано в инструкции, внес данные в форму на сайте, передал биоматериал в офис - администратор подтвердила, что все в порядке. На почту пришла спецификация на оказанные услуги. Но результатов я так и не получил. На третий день звонил в службу поддержки - сказали, что заказ отменен. Предложили повторный забор - согласился. Обещали прислать промокод. На четвертый день прислали промокод, но на тест без Омикрона - написал им ответ с возражением. Обратной связи никакой. На пятый день позвонили и еще раз спросили - делать возврат или повторный забор. Опять подтвердил повторный забор. На шестой день опять присылают промокод на тест без Омикрона. Выждав еще день (на восьмой день этой истории - 08.02.22) написал в службу поддержки заявление на возврат. Сегодня - 11.02.22. Никакой обратной связи я так и не получил!!!
