Выражаю огромную благодарность девушке администратору. Все рассказала, помогла. Кровь взяли быстро и аккуратно, ручка маленькая, вены не видно практически. Взяли с первого раза, быстро,без истерик. Результаты пришли быстро. Спасибо

Хорошая лаборатория. Сдала тест на онко маркер. С целью выявить наличие онко клеток в организме. Результаты, как всегда, пришли быстро.

Отвратительно! По направлению врача пришли с ребёнком 5 лет сдать анализы на аллергены, кровь из Вены. Естественно для ребёнка это большой стресс, плакал и кричал, мед сестра надо отдать доложенное пыталась его успокоить как могла здесь никаких претензий нет. Необходимо было 12 взять кровь в общем на 12 показателей, в регистратуре ещё сказали что нужна будет одна пробирка. Взяли почти полную пробирку крови, никаких слов о том что кровь плохо идёт или мало, не могут собрать не было! В итоге через 2 дня звонит регистратор и говорит, что крови хватило только на 2 показателя из 12! Вы в своём уме? ? Мы были записаны на приём к врачу, специально сдали анализы чтобы пойти уже с результатами, в итоге запись конечно придётся отменить и сдавать повторно. Какой это стресс для ребёнка даже передать сложно! Как вообще такое возможно, у меня в голове не укладывается! Ужасное место!
