Приобретали 5 лет назад экран. Служил долго, молодцы! Сейчас начали сыпаться модули. Обратились к производителю ЭЙЧДИ (сервис центр ЛЕД сервис) Перечислили предоплату 2 ремонт два модуля бу подобрать. Подобранные вообще не пошли (в другую сторону развертка) странно почему сц сразу этого не знал (приезжали с образцом!) Ладно сдали их назад. Отремонтировали тоже никак. Как горели пятнами так и сейчас, даже хуже еще. Но это все мелочи: организация который месяц не может вернуть 6 т.р. за модули и предоставить за работу акты. Обращались неоднократно и письменно и устно. Это говорит о том что дела у фирмы идут не важно. Крупные заказы не стоит делать, тем более по предоплате. Думал обновить экран к новому юбилею, теперь даже не знаю. На такой мелочи доверие подорвать. И да, на сайте всё красиво, но отсутствуют контакты к кому можно обратиться ни по качеству, ни руководства. С уважением к порядочным организациям и людям. Михаил, добрый день. Приносим извинения за доставленные неудобства, нам очень жаль, что Вы получили столь неприятный опыт в работе с нами. В нашей работе иногда происходят накладки, Ваш заказ был принят сотрудником, который впоследствии уволился и не передал информацию о заказе. На данный момент деньги полностью возвращены, экран отремонтирован. Благодарим Вас за обратную связь.
