Пару лет назад решил забронировать столик и посидеть с друзьями. Каково же было наше удивление, когда наш забронированный столик (который мы предварительно прозвонили) был занят другими. Наши претензии администраторша оставила без внимания. Не знаю работает она сейчас там или нет, но репутацию свою данная забегаловка испортила навсегда.

Можно поинтересоваться по какой причине и с какой целью вы оставили этот комментарий, если это было "пару лет назад" ? Кафе изменилось и уже полтора года работает совсем другая команда. Приглашаем Вас к нам для сравнения и тогда ждём комментариев

А потому что, если не оставлять подобные отзывы, ситуация не будет меняться к лучшему. Ведь как известно, репутацию легко испортить, и очень трудно восстановить. Это и должно прочно засесть в головах владельцев и персонала любого заведения сервиса. Люди должны понимать. что если они однажды совершили ошибку, об этом будут помнить долго. В противном случае, низкий уровень сервиса так и будет господствовать повсеместно в Саратове и России.

В этом я с Вами полностью согласен, но все мы люди и всем свойственно ошибаться. Я не пытаюсь никого выгородить, ибо даже не работал в то время в этом заведении и был полностью другой персонал, просто говорю о том, что ситуации бывают разные... Ещё раз приглашаю Вас к нам в гости )
