В стоматологический центр Бутово попали случайно, гостили у друзей и у сына появилась сильная зубная боль. Обратились в ближайшую к дому, приняла нас врач Ксения Борисовна. Хоть ребенок и сильно боялся, она нашла к нему подход и все прошло хорошо. От меня слова благодарности за чуткий подход к детям и качественное лечение.

Началось все с боли в челюсти, прямо возле уха. Даже немного припухло, я подумала, что продуло, мазала это место, но не помогало. И через пару дней при чистке зубов увидела уголок прорезывающегося зуба мудрости. Записалась к Хаменок Владимиру, меня осмотрели, сделали снимок и назначили операцию, так как по другому нельзя было удалить и оставлять нельзя, зуб рос под углом и боль была и в зубах и в челюсти. Операция прошла хорошо, все удалили, зашили, врач выписал лекарства, антибиотики, обезболивающее и мазь, забирал меня муж, т.к. после анестезии мне постоянно не хорошо(это реакция организма). Заживало все нормально, конечно болел шов, но лекарства помогали. Спасибо за работу.

Записывались на эндоскопию носа для ребёнка 3-х лет. Приехали 10.04.2020 на приём в клинику к 14:30 в Бутово на такси, учитывая ситуацию в городе сейчас. Девушка на ресепшен сказала, что Я перепутала и приехала не туда, мол нас записали на приём в "Родниках". Я ответила , что такого не может быть, мы живём в Бутово и никак в "Родники" не записывались! Она сказала, что может записать нас на 16:40, я ответила, что вы хотябы уточните проводят ли в Бутово эту процедуру, после звонка она уточнила, что Нет не проводят. Вот и судите сами о квалификации и вежливости персонала !
