Проходил перерегистрацию за родителей. Дополнительно проконсультировали про накопительную часть. Перевел свою часть будущей пенсии в Ханты-Мансийский НПФ. Сотрудники просто прелесть! Очень грамотные и человечные.

Сотрудник отказалась обслуживать в связи с тем, что собиралась на обед, хотя, как мне пояснили на горячей линии, что сотрудники данного отделения придерживаются гибкого графика работы. С пенсионерами, чьими средствами управляет данный фонд, как ни считались, так и не считаются. После звонка на ГЛ, заместитель управляющего отделения была полна негатива, пытаясь отстоять своих сотрудников.
