Потрясена качеством услуг, оказываемых в салоне красоты, в негативном смысле! Около 3 лет посещаю этот салон. Попадала к разным мастерам, всегда была довольна. Сегодня пришла к Марине. Нужно было окрасить волосы в один тон, в итоге волосы окрашены, джинсы тоже. На джинсы попала краска, когда мастер пыталась ее смыть. Вместо хотя бы извинений, мастер и администратор с ухмылкой предложили их постирать: «снимайте сейчас постираем». Очень интересно как они себе это представляют. К тому же удивила ц ена. Если есть прайс-лист, то у всех мастеров стоимость услуг одинакова. Мария, видимо, исключение. Итог таков: волосы покрасили, краску смыли плохо, джинсы испачкали, стоимость услуг вышеуказанного мастера сомнительна, как и профессионализм. К сожалению, от нового администратора никакого вмешательства в ситуацию, кроме сарказма. – показать
