У меня возникла проблема с наушниками Skullcandy, которые я купил в Media Galaxy. Я вернулся к ним и объяснил проблему, поскольку наушники были на гарантии. Сказали, что ничего не могут сделать и что мне придется самому отправлять наушники в сервис. Через несколько дней я узнал, что H2O — официальный сервис Skullcandy в Румынии, поэтому связался с ними. Я объяснил, что Media Galaxy не желает решать мою проблему, и поэтому связался с H2O. Они тут же ответили на письмо и очень цивилизованным языком объяснили, что на данный момент они не могут решить ситуацию, но если я немного подожду, они получат новые наушники и смогут прислать их мне. Я подождал 4-5 недель и получил новую пару. Это образец делового профессионализма. Браво. Am avut o problemă cu o pereche de căști Skullcandy pe care le-am cumpărat de la Media Galaxy. M-am întors la ei și le-am explicat problema, deoarece căștile se aflau în perioada de garanție. Au spus că nu pot să facă nimic și că ar trebui să trimit căștile în service eu însumi. După câteva zile, am aflat că H2O este service-ul oficial Skullcandy în România, așa că am luat legătura cu ei. Le-am explicat că cei de la Media Galaxy nu au fost dispuși să îmi rezolve problema și de aceea am contactat H2O. Imediat au răspuns la e-mail și cu un limbaj foarte civilizat au explicat că momentan nu pot rezolva situația, dar dacă aștept un pic, vor primi niște căști noi și mi le pot trimite în schimb. Am așteptat 4-5 săptămâni și am primit o pereche nouă. Acesta este un exemplu de profesionalism în afaceri. Bravo.
