Уважаемые сотрудники! Благодарю Вас за Ваш труд и заботу! Магазин в целом нравится. Есть несколько пожеланий. Потребность высока на вещи размера XS для мужчин. В том числе и нижнего белья, размера S. В Архангельске чёрного нижнего белья для мужчин в упаковках размера S по 3/6 штук нет. Отдельно выскажусь про работу Ваших продавцов-консультантов в ТРЦ «Макси» в Архангельске. Полное равнодушие и беспримерное хамство. Видимо они не мотивированы на повышение спроса. Покупатель без приложения (готовый его установить) не смог оформить покупку со скидкой (из-за плохой проходимости собственного интернета в магазине и плохого wi-fi, под названием H&M), но продавец пробил по кассе товар и попросил оплатить по полной стоимости. На следующий день покупатель установил приложение и предоставил в магазин чек, буду ждать 30 дней для получения бонуса. К вопросу о хамстве. Я не являюсь «дотошным покупателем» (забегаю на 10 минут, покупаю и ухожу). Не спорщик и не скандалист. Но. Тот же продавец-консультант, который не смог помочь мне с оформлением скидки в приложении, пробивший мне товар без скидки, у которого я хотел на следующей день (4 июня 2021 года) вернуть один из товаров, на день ранее мною приобретённый(3 июня 2021 года), махнул рукой в мой адрес меня (потенциального потребителя/потребителя) и переадресовал к другому продавцу. Неприемлемое поведение. Прошу провести внутреннее расследование, о результатах сообщите. Благодарю!
