15 февраля 2020 года с 13.50 до 14.15 терпеливо ждала, пока закончится «технический перерыв 10 минут». Не дождалась... Телефон не отвечал (лично звонила 2 раза, при мне звонили другие посетители, пытавшиеся попасть в магазин). На стук в незакрытую (акцентирую внимание!) дверь, никто не откликнулся... В итоге цели поездка так и не достигла: в магазин попасть так и не удалось... Что особенно обидно, так как ехала в этот торговый центр только из-за визита в данный магазин.

Мы обязательно проведём беседу с нашими продавцами. В свою очередь хочу довести до Вашего сведения, что продавцы - тоже люди (представляете!), они не роботы. Продавцу может стать плохо, он может уйти получать товар, он может уйти решать проблемы в администрацию ТРЦ. Так же продавец не обязан носить с собой рабочий телефон, как и паспорт гражданина РФ. Так же у работнику с 12-ти часовым рабочим днём Трудовой кодекс Российской Федерации обеспечивает минимум 2 перерыва не менее! 30 минут. Или Вы хотите, чтобы работодатель и работники начали нарушать ТК РФ? Спасибо за отзыв.

Всё понимаю как раз. Но, если указывать время отсутствия («с» и «по», а не безликие «перерыв 10 минут», который непонятно когда начался), то даже вопросов возникать не будет. Спасибо за ваш ответ.

Нам эти таблички выдаёт ТРЦ. Другие мы не имеем права использовать. К сожалению, администрация ТРЦ не учитывает многих нюансов работы магазинов. Просим прощения за принесенные неудобства.
