Если вам срочно надо сдать анализы, никогда не обращайтесь в эту клинику. Заказали курьера на 9 утра, собрали материал. Ни в 9, ни в 9:30 никто не приехал. Это с учетом что материал годен для анализа всего час. Трубку ни по одному из трёх номеров не берут.

Екатерина, здравствуйте. Приносим свои извинения, но возможно, что Вы что-то поняли не верно. Курьер едет по адресу только после подтверждения записи с вечера или утром, возможно до Вас не дозвонились. И другой , самый важный момент, который всегда проговаривается администратором: пациент не собирает биоматериал , пока не приедет курьер и не подтвердит, что он ожидает возле дома и можно собирать материал. В противном случае, конечно же, заранее собранный материал не годен к исследованию. Всегда работали именно по данному алгоритму, никак иначе.

Спасибо что ответили спустя ТРИ года, может и курьер ваш скоро подъедет. P.S. Заказ был подтвержден именно на 9 утра. То что мастурбировать надо начинать только по прибытию курьера ваши администраторы нам заранее не сообщили
