Ничего хорошего сказать не могу. Приемщица техники в ремонт грубит и обслуживая клиента может спокойно бросить это дело и начать болтать по мобильному. Никакого уважения. Цены космос просто. Сдавал телевизор с одной неисправностью. Ее устранили но появилась другая которая не ремонтопригодная. Доказывали что она и была там всегда . Не советую туда сдавать в ремонт технику. Нахамят и доломают.

Уважаемый Mr Fess! Вы сдали телевизор с неисправностью нет изображения. При приеме проверить изображение было невозможно. У вас была неисправна подсветка матрицы. При приеме телевизора в ремонт Вы были проинформированы сколько будет стоить ремонт и сколько могут стоить детали и не возражали против этой цены. После замены подсветки при включении на изображении стала видна полоска пиксельной толщины - неисправность матрицы. Определить когда она возникла - невозможно. Могу только сказать, что мы отремонтировали тысячи телевизоров. При механическом повреждении матрицы такую полосу невозможно сделать ни специально, ни нечаянно. По поводу грубости приемщицы: с ней проведена беседа по этике поведения. Однако могу заметить, что Ваши слова не подтверждают сотрудники, которые были свидетелями разговора. Поэтому, по поводу грубости мы приносим Вам свои извинения и желаем Вам хорошо провести Новый год и Рождество.

Отличный магазин с огромным ассортиментом товара Что больше всего порадовал так это квалифицированные продавцы которые и покажут и расскажут и отлично грамотно консультируют прекрасно зная свой товар в отличии от других типовых магазинов города Так же если товара нет в наличии всегда предложат привезти на заказ в короткие сроки
