Сергей, добрый день! Спасибо за Ваш комментарий. Все метрологическое оборудование, в том числе ТРК, проходит ежегодную поверку с приглашением государственного поверителя. В этом случае возможно причиной такому случаю послужил предыдущий клиент, который пытался "выжать" из ТРК все до капли. Вы могли видеть таких клиентов, которые поднимают рукав, проводят некие ритуалы, которые, по их мнению, позволят им увезти чуть больше того, что они оплатили. Но на самом деле они увезли Ваше топливо, т.к. отсчетное устройство в ТРК находится перед рукавом, и т.к. после предыдущего клиента рукав остался пустым, то система отсчитала небольшое количество топлива, которое заполнило рукав (не более 50мл.), прежде чем топливо попало к Вам в бак. Мы рады тому, что таких случаев становится все меньше, но к сожалению, они не исчезли пока еще совсем
