Простояли перед входом в толпе жаждующих зайти в заведение пол часа! Никого не впускали, ничего не объясняли! Я понимаю - нет мест, ну вы сообщите людям то! Почему такое свинское отношение.?! Персонал по телефону откровенно хамили и лгали! Точно туда больше не пойдем, если такое ужасное отношение на входе, то какой смысл туда вообще заходить! Максимально сообщу всем своим знакомым, что в заведении абсолютно отсутствует уважение к посетителям!

Добрый день! Приносим извинения за доставленные неудобства вместе с этим, если бы наш персонал лгал и хамил, вряд ли у нас тогда не было мест :-) Мы подняли все звонки за данный период 8-9 марта и не обнаружили хамства со стороны персонала. Администрация заведения в праве отказывать без объяснения причин. Вы можете прийти в любой будний день, чтобы убедиться в качестве персонала.

Администрация грядушки может быть не вкурсе, но в ночь с 7 на 8 марта, во всех заведениях в речпорту было забито. Только в Вельвете нам объяснили: "извините, но мест нет", а ваше заведение забаррикадировалось намертво. Звонила я много раз, ответить соизволили раза с пятого. По телефону мне сообщили, что ваше заведение вообще никак не относится к охране на входе в ваше заведение!!! и отключили вызов! Какой" тактичный" и " логичный" персонал!

Ой нет, в ваше заведение больше точно не хочется. Зачем портить себе настроение, если в городе есть масса других заведений с приветливым и человечным персоналом.
