Ребята, я из своего опыта и соседей поняла простую штуку: Технология все дома строит классно, у соседей Кедр, у нас Модуль-дом – качество и там и там хорошее, хотя дома строили с разбегом год разные бригады. И качество не зависит от площади или цены – одинаково хорошо строят. Не разделяют заказчиков по деньгам. Во всяком случае у меня такие наблюдения.

ГК Технология строит и добротные, красивые дома. Я определялся всю зиму, но по цене эта компания практически всех конкурентов уделывает. А по качеству, тут надо я считаю постоянно бригаду контролировать. Хотя как я заметил: они и без надзора работают нормально, особенно если бригадир хороший. Я выбрал двухэтажный проект Гармония 2К 6 на 9, построили за две рабочие недели марта. Правда еще неделя ушла на воду, электричество и отопление. Ну меня такие сроки устроили.
