Поставил окна в квартире, ставил через Саксэс. Все, конечно, хорошо, менеджеры вежливые, замерщики тоже все хорошо сделали... Но через неделю заметил незначительные косяки. В принципе, ничего критичного, но я заплатил деньги и хочу, чтобы все было сделано отлично! Позвонил, обещали вызвать сервисную службу. Жду уже неделю! Я, конечно, все понимаю, сезон, заказов много, но мне хочется как можно скорее решить вопрос. Написал письмо директору на сайте, вот и посмотрим как они работают!

В продолжение моей истории хочу сказать, что менеджер действительно перезвонил — извинились, вызвали мастера в этот же день, быстро все отрегулировали. Причем бесплатно и в подарок дали гребенку на окно! Что ж, ребята реагируют быстро, сервис у них на уровне. Видимо, в связи с большим спросом уследить за всем невозможно, ну все мы люди. Не бойтесь обращаться в Саксэс, будьте уверены, что все ваши проблемы решат!
