19 мая 2018 сделал заказ на доставку и монтаж кондиционера Electrolux EACS/I-07HP/N3_15Y. Номер заказа 1681. 20 мая приехала бригада Силина (2 чел.). Монтаж кондиционера выполнили в течение часа, но во время приемки работы выяснилось, что не установлен декоративный короб. Причина — плохая погода (в этот день шел дождь), из-за которой они не смогли его привезти. При этом мастер клятвенно пообещал установить короб в течение ближайших нескольких дней. Так как оплата была произведена в полном объем е, до сих пор (28.08.2018) короб не установлен. Все попытки вызвать к себе мастеров для установки короба завершились ничем. – показать

Обновление от 04.09.2018. В пятницу 31 августа мне позвонил представитель компании и сказал, что до конца дня ко мне приедет монтажник и поставит короб, что и произошло. Приехал вежливый молодой человек, извинился и быстро все сделал. Теперь все хорошо. Жаль, что на это ушло более трех месяцев.
