Сегодня ,т.е 18.03/2020, приехала 19час 03 минуты и меня не приняли, , надо было забрать договор ДДУ, сказала (Ирина, телефон она брала, Софийская 6, 7 этаж),хотя звонила просила, могу опоздать на пять минут, дождитесь пожалуйста, авария, пробки, могу не успеть,она категорический нет, неужели нельзя на встречу идти, понять и.... да я отпросилась с работы,и у нас режим работы одинакова до 19 час, так сделайте для клиентам режим работы до 20 час, а не для себя...И вот теперь не знаю как забрать документы, купить то купили квартиру... и ни как не получить Сделайте так чтоб каждый раз не отпрашивались с работы...ваши клиенты, а радовались покупки... С Ув. ваши клиенты **Полис на Неве**

Договор ДДУ очень-очень односторонний. Ты заплати и отойди в сторону, а мы тебе что-нибудь построим. Причём никакие претензии по договору ты предъявить не сможешь. Принцип простой - все равно купят...Хочется отдать этот договор в ФАС. Все подписывают договор надеясь, что репутация у компании пока нормальная.
